potato sushe


Pronunciation of Sushe: Su as in zoo and she as in creche.
It is a simple-to-make-tasty-to-eat stuff, especially for children who dislike potatoes and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Potatoes big 2 or 3
Tomatoe big 1
Onion big 1
Green chilly 2
Coconut oil 4 table spoon
Coconut milk 4 table spoon
Chilly powder 1 teaspoon (can be avoided)
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon (can be avoided)
Method

Heat coconut oil in a pan and saute sesame seeds. Add sliced onions. When it become brown add tomatoes (ensure that both are cut into very small pieces).
Add green chilly, coriander powder and chilly powder and stir for two minutes. Then add green chilly and cooked potatoes. Stir for five minutes.
Finally add coconut milk and switch off the stove.
It can be used alongwith bread or as a standalone snack.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. if needed.
